About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to repair requests, quotes and repair services from Mobile Fix LLC, whether you visit our Sterling location or use our mobile service. Refunds, warranty coverage and exchanges are covered in our Repair, Warranty & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Repair requests and quotes
Submitting a repair request, chat message or call lets us contact you about your device. It does not authorize work or confirm an appointment. Quotes are based on the information you give us and may change after we inspect the device; if they do, we will explain the change before continuing.
Visits, mobile service and timing
Please call or text before visiting the Sterling location, because availability varies while we provide mobile service. For mobile repairs, we confirm the meeting place and time with you. Repair times depend on the device, the repair and part availability, and any time estimate is not a guarantee.
Device condition and disclosure
Tell us about known faults, previous repairs, liquid exposure and existing damage before the repair. Mobile Fix LLC is not responsible for problems that existed before the repair. Some faults only become visible once a device is opened or a part is replaced; if we find one, we will tell you before doing more work.
Your data and passcodes
Back up your device before any repair. Repairs and testing can affect stored data, and you are responsible for keeping a backup. Do not send passwords, passcodes or sensitive personal information through the repair-request form.
Payment, deposits and fees
Prices, deposits and any diagnostic, travel or mobile-service fees are disclosed before you approve the work. How deposits and fees are handled if a repair is cancelled is explained in our Repair, Warranty & Exchange Policy.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law. These terms are a plain-language summary of how we work and are not legal advice.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new repair requests.
