When we replace your screen, the old one is yours to keep — there's no obligation to do anything with it. If you'd rather not keep it, you can choose to leave your original screen with us for recycling. If it's eligible, you'll receive a $5 credit toward a future repair.
Eligibility is confirmed only after we inspect the screen — not every screen qualifies. Originality, condition, and functionality all matter, and whether we're able to accept a given screen depends on the specific part. Aftermarket, severely damaged, nonfunctional, or otherwise unsupported screens may not be eligible.
This is a credit toward a future repair — it isn't cash, it can't be exchanged for cash, and it doesn't change the price of the repair you're having done today.
